BudLogic products are intended for adults 21 years of age or older.

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to verify age prior to fulfilling any order.

2. Legal Compliance & Hemp Statement

All BudLogic products are derived from hemp and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis, in compliance with the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill).

It is your responsibility to understand and comply with your local, state, and federal laws before purchasing. BudLogic makes no representation that its products are legal in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders where prohibited by law.

3. FDA Disclaimer

The statements made regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

BudLogic is not responsible for misuse or improper handling of products.

5. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit quantities purchased

  • Correct pricing or typographical errors

  • Cancel suspected fraudulent transactions

Payment must be received prior to shipment.

6. Shipping Policy

We ship within the United States where legally permitted.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. BudLogic is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of hemp products, all sales are final.

If a product arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photo documentation

  • We may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion

We do not issue refunds for opened or used products.

8. Third-Party Lab Testing

All BudLogic products undergo independent third-party laboratory testing for cannabinoid content and compliance.

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request or accessible via QR code when applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on budlogic.net — including logos, branding, product names, text, images, graphics, design, and software — is the exclusive property of BudLogic.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BudLogic shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Personal injury resulting from misuse

  • Legal consequences arising from unlawful possession in your jurisdiction

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BudLogic, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of products

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights

12. Chargebacks & Fraud

Fraudulent chargebacks will be fully disputed with supporting documentation.

We reserve the right to permanently refuse service to customers who initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes.

13. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the purchase of products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of [Insert State].
