Shipping Policy

1) Where We Ship

We ship only to locations where our products are permitted by law.

If we cannot legally ship to your address, we may cancel and refund your order.

2) Processing Time

Orders typically process within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

3) Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on the carrier and your location. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates only and not guarantees.

4) Tracking

When your order ships, we send tracking information to the email provided at checkout.

5) Address Accuracy

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change it.

6) Lost / Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:

  • check with neighbors/building staff

  • confirm the address used at checkout

  • contact the carrier

If the carrier confirms loss or misdelivery, we will work with you on a resolution.

BudLogic is not responsible for theft after delivery, but we will help you file a carrier claim when possible.

7) Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to sender due to:

  • incorrect address,

  • refused delivery,

  • multiple failed delivery attempts,

you may be responsible for reshipping fees.

8) Weather & Carrier Delays

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
