REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident ordering from BudLogic. Because our products are consumable and regulated differently by state laws, our policy is strict and designed to be fair.

1) All Sales Final (Consumable Products)

Due to the nature of hemp-derived consumable products:

  • Opened items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Used items are not eligible for return or refund.

2) Eligible Refunds / Replacements

We will provide a replacement or refund if:

  • your order arrived damaged

  • you received the wrong item

  • your package was lost in transit (per carrier confirmation)

  • your order was returned to sender due to our error

3) Time Window to Report Issues

You must email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged/wrong item)

  • a brief description of the issue

4) Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except when the error is ours.

5) Refused / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to:

  • incorrect address entered at checkout,

  • failure to retrieve the package,

  • refusal of delivery,

you may be responsible for reshipping fees. Refunds (if any) may exclude shipping costs.

6) Chargeback Policy

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks made without contacting support may result in account restrictions.
